I purchased this faucet through Amazon despite the small number of positive/total reviews located here. I am very glad I did. The faucet arrived promptly with all parts and Delta's detailed installation instructions. This was my first faucet installation, and after the nightmare I went through to get the old faucet out, I was concerned that my replacement project was only halfway done when the old one finally came out. Instead, the new faucet went in without a hitch in about 30 minutes. While the hot and cold water supply lines on the unit are quite long, I did not have trouble manipulating the somewhat stiff plastic lines into loops under my congested sink area - thereby avoiding the potential ...
